Manager - Business Development - Event Management Firm (5-10 yrs)
- This position is with a company focused on crafting experiences for corporate events (Virtual, physical, and hybrid events).
- Responsible for new client acquisition in B2B sector for corporate events
- Call, meet, and follow up with prospective clients and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Creating a custom proposal for each brief and pitch with creative thought and visual approach in the form of a PPT
- Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
- Building and managing a professional network with excellent client relationships
- Plan and execute events with the help of internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of corporate events
- Ensure closure of all processes with end-to-end payment processes, invoicing, and follow-up for payments, and customer feedback
- Should be target oriented.
- A go-getter, self-motivated person with very strong oral and written communication skills & Presentation skills
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of business development experience in Sales for corporate events with corporates across India
- Strong network connections with decision-makers responsible for corporate events
- Excellent communication skills and should be very fluent in English. Able to travel to client sites
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook
- Experience creating sales & marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers and other digital documents.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Commerce or similar.
