Job Description :
Generating New leads
Cold calling
Organizing sales visits demonstrating/presenting products/services establishing new business.
Developing and executing sales campaigns.
Achieving sales targes from the 1st Month itself
Strategically managing the pipeline of opportunities.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
Consistently meeting and exceed targeted revenue
Forecast annual and quarterly revenue streams
Hunting new business opportunities
Building strong client relationships
Manage Client meetings, presentations and proposals
Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities.
Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments.
Meeting internal metrics including: call volume, number of opportunities, and closed business.
Utilize and manage prospect information with a comprehensive client relationship management system.
Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
Maximize sales of additional products and services to existing and new customers.
Report on all sales activities in line with the business objectives and strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Exp in event management industry
Good organizational skills and administration qualities
Ability to prioritorise tasks
Ability to cope well under pressure
Team player and able to work in own initiative
Commercially aware and an active interest in the sector you will be working
Consistent track record of success in closing business, and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities
Highly motivated, and professional with excellent communication skills(Oral & Written)
Highly confident and goal oriented
Ability to communicate with senior level management, to explain complex processes and to demonstrate Internet services over the phone;
Target driven and strong determination to be successful and earn commission
Flexible approach to your work
Qualifications :
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing, Other Management)
Qualification : Graduation
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
