Manager - Business Development - Enterprise Sales - Medical Device (3-9 yrs)
The Role requirement :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and business growth within our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise-level clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new enterprise-level clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' unique challenges and objectives, effectively positioning our products and services to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and navigate long sales cycles in the enterprise market.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the enterprise sector, particularly within Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed
