Manager - Business Development/Enterprise Sales - IT (8-15 yrs)
Introduction :
We are hiring a BDM - Enterprise Sales for our client company which is a leader in the Information Technology industry.
Responsibilities :
1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4) Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
5) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6) Reach out to B2B clients and present the company's communication software
7) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications :
1) 8-15 years of working experience (Must have some experience of selling to enterprise companies. Not suitable if has experience of only selling to SME's)
2) Proven sales track record
3) Experience in customer support is a plus
4) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
5) Proficiency in English
6) Market knowledge
7) Communication and negotiation skills
8) Ability to build rapport
9) Time management and planning skills
