The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, focusing on transformer sales to EPC clients and direct transformer clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the transformer industry.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to clients.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market conditions to management.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in transformer sales, with a strong network of EPC and transformer clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of market dynamics in the transformer industry and EPC sector.
- Candidates based in Meerut or Delhi NCR will be preferred.
