Manager - Business Development - Electrical Vehicle (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Market research to discover domain-specific LML companies, connect with them on different platforms to initiate the talk and propose FAE EV last-mile solutions
2. Identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arrive at the custom made product/service on basis of the client's operational need
4. Finalize commercials based on variables like product, quantity, lock-in tenure with input from management.
5. Execute the legal documents and onboard clients
6. Coordinate with deployment/on-ground/operations team whenever required
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Required Skills and Abilities
1. Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with Clients
4. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/business.
Experience - 1 year(preferred).
