Manager - Business Development - Electrical Product (1-2 yrs)
Job Description
- Candidate will handles the complete responsibilities of a team of (8-10) executives and may handle a complete region with 1 or more than 1 Godrej direct camp
- Primary responsibilities include achieving sales target and developing a strong and robust team
- Team development, hiring and retention of executives is a key role of a BDM
- Active coordination with the Back office, commercial, DSM and his team
- Needs to get a good grasp of the local area and needs to do area planning on a weekly basis for putting up camps
- Handles the team with 1 or more than 1 team leaders directly reporting to him
- Drives the team for best sales performance, also handles walk-in customers in the camp,customer issues at the camp and coordination with the BDM
- Takes ownership of all the issues concerning his/her region/camp and has to demonstrate leadership in an extremely demanding role
- May be required to take care of the permission from the local societies for camp area planning
Salary Cycle - From 16th - 15th of every month & the salary is disbursed on the 1st of every month.
Incentives Cycle - Calculated From 1st - 31st of every month & it is paid on the 25th of every month
