Job Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.


- The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to lead and implement business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Identify and Develop New Business Opportunitie s: Research, target, and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.

2) Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

3) Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

4) Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

5) Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare and present business proposals and close deals, ensuring all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies.

6) Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth areas.

7) Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client needs with internal capabilities.

8) Sales Reporting : Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key activities to senior management.

9) Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
