Manager - Business Development - EduTech (5-7 yrs)
- Willingness to build a career in institutional cum educational sales. Domain knowledge of L&D products and solution
- Btech, MBA or PGDM or any equivalent degree or diploma will do.
- Proven new business development skills within a similar role or educational industry
- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish
- Basic finance knowledge in terms of P&L, Commission matrix and
- Ability to build strategies, marketing plans and learning frameworks that deliver value to the partner and end user(candidate).
- Engaging with senior management, CXO levels and having sound functional knowledge of Sales and Service functions in a direct and channel set up and drive enrollment for the course.
- Prior experience in Educational sales and training, Marketing & strategy is an add-on
- Have consultative skills- act like a consultant/advisor or an edu business consultant.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including coordinating with support functions like Operations, training cum delivery, placements, finance, legal etc
- Ability to track and understand competitive activity relevant to industry sector
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
- Networking Skills & should be Open to travel Pan India (70% inside sales & 30% field) which may vary as per the business need.
