Manager - Business Development - Education (7-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the project of Student Training and Employability foray the University
- The team, led by the incumbent, shall be responsible for student enrollment, training, assessments and placement of the enrolled students with due support from the HO.
- Closely work with the Project Manager for smooth functioning of
- The incumbent shall be the revenue and P&L head for the project on behalf of the company.
- Act a bridge between the University and SG Team
- Maintain University Relationship management
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Business Development activities
Functional/Technical skills:
- Client interaction, new market development
- To handle B2C & B2B clientele
- Should be able to think innovatively about student support and services
- Should have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Behavioral skills: Communication skills/ team leading
- Should be able to work independently in a University heading the operations
- Patient, dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English, Hindi)
- Good team management skills
- Innovative approach
- Should be willing to take up challenges
- Male candidate preferred
- Willingness to work beyond office hours when required
Experience : 5-8 Years of Experience in corporate sales, retail, preferably in education industry
