Business Development Manager
Title: Manager - Business Development
Job location: To be placed at Centre Level
Reporting to: General Manager - Skill Development
Summary:
Job Description:
1. Develop network of industry leaders who may be willing to allocate trainable resources
2. Accountable for creating batches at site for training of workers in specific trades
3. Setup Aadhar Card and Bank account camps at sites for the benefit of workers
4. Interact with the Admin Team for data collection, commencement of batches
5. Interact with the Academic Team for progress of the running batches
6. Follow-up with the trainee batches for attendance and take up the cause with site supervisors
7. Arrange for Convocation ceremonies at sites
8. Design and implement interactive sessions with workers at site for continuation and developing business
9. Search for appropriate media and events to create awareness and source database for admissions
10. Conduct the marketing plan within the limits of the marketing budget - duly approved
11. Maintain complete records of the marketing activity being carried on and inform the management on progress
12. Maintain an analysis of the database and report on trends of database
13. Ensure timely and adequate provision of resources required for the marketing plan
14. Undertake performance management of the team members
15. Continue personal professional development
16. Any other work as assigned by the management.
Education :
- Graduate from a recognized University
- Knowledge of Excel, presentations
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years equivalent filed job experience
Key competencies required for the profile :
- Good knowledge of PMKVY, Skill India and other government sponsored schemes
- Good knowledge of the Industry Vocational training scenario
- Ability to interact with Industry at different levels
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate the idea to people of different background and create interest in the offering
- Ability to work on deadlines with minimum supervision
