Manager - Business Development - Education (3-7 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Schools and Community Outreach
- Co-ordinate with Champions's field operations team to establish partnerships with schools around Champions's centers.
- Conduct career counselling sessions in schools and invite applications from students
- Establish partnerships with NGOs, community-based organizations and media bodies (newspapers, radio, TV)
- Organize events such as teacher training conferences to strengthen our brand and relationship with schools
2. Selection Tests
- Manage the end-to-end administration of multiple selection tests across the year to test over 3,000 students.
- This includes logistics, testing, evaluation and result declaration
3. Counselling
- Manage the end-to-end selection process of students
- Build strong relationships with students and their parents, and manage Champions's presence in the community
4. Establishing School Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with schools interested in implementing Champions programs within their premises either during or after-school hours
- Conduct demo classes or career guidance sessions to convince the teachers and students about Champions's unique pedagogy
5. Industry and Stakeholder interactions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain good relations with multiple stakeholders such as NGOs and Media, organize seminars, attend conferences, etc.
