Manager - Business Development - Education (3-6 yrs)
- Results Mind Set with a Good Education, both formal and informal.
- Partner with Center Head while creating plans as per season and communicate the same to team, for seamless execution.
- Accomplish work requirements and meet targets by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring all the Academic Counselors.
- Business Development : Must Plan, Implementation / Execute Marketing & Sales Programs, develop Incentive Plan on month-on-month basis, by aligning with Center Head.
- Be sensitive to student acquisition cost. Contribute towards Business Growth with &Team management.
- Participate in activities to bring in B2B collaborations n innovative ideas for increasing revenue.
- Be a team player and collaborate with teaching and non-teaching staff all times.
- Work towards internships and placements for students in Industry and industry exposure plus earning opportunities for students through road shows and events
