Manager - Business Development - Education (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Introduce Intercell platform to various educational institutions across India.
- Filter potential schools/institutes/colleges & universities & sell sessions at Intercell's platform for their existing students.
- Create & find tie up opportunities with educations hubs, institutes/job portals/carrier institutions.
- Find & reach out to counsellors/ teachers/ faculty members/ dean/vice chancellors or the decision makers to get Intercell platform empanelment.
- Understand and close long-term sales deals/ contracts.
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales & revenue target and facilitate future sales pipeline.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in education industry with students/lecturer/ counsellors.
- Maintain good relations with clients & ability to describe/explain about Intercell.
- Create & develop new business through contacts.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e-mails/software/Ms excel/proficient social media usage and telephone systems.
- Excellent spoken & written knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding sales & negotiation skills.
