Manager - Business Development - Education (3-5 yrs)
- Will be responsible completely for partnering with various colleges and universities in North India and educate them about offerings
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and also acquire new clients in the assigned territory.
- Interacting with potential and existing clients to get feedback on offerings and sharing that internally to drive product enhancement
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on Chairpersons, Directors, Deans, Placement Officers and Admission Officers of colleges
- Proficient in designing & implementing marketing strategies
- Manage complex client situations and requirements and acquire new clients based on value based selling
- Pitch the product offerings to students of the partner colleges
- To ensure proper follow up to prospective students through mailers and calling ups.
- To create awareness about our product offers by conducting interactive sessions with students and sponsoring events in colleges
- Be abreast with hiring events and have a network with recruiting managers in corporations
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Desired Profile -
- 3-5 years of experience in college placement and corporate recruitment
- Strong network with Chairpersons, Deans And Directors of colleges in North India
- Strong network with Placement offers and Admission officers of colleges in North India
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
- Should be a team player
- MBA from a top tier institute is preferred
