Business Development Manager
- The BDM is responsible for executing B2B sales approach to the clients. The candidate must possess excellent rapport-building skills with the K-12 schools.
- The candidate must have experience in discovering and closing new business opportunities with diligence and confidence.
- Responsible for revenue generation through up-sell and cross-sell products to existing schools.
Responsibilities:
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Also will be involved in the screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials.
- Making a proper sales pitch to the key stakeholders and portraying a strong understanding of products and services offered by Kafqa.
- Focusing on increasing the revenue and also side by side ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Successfully closing the sales process by completing legal formalities, documentation, and other administrative pieces.
- Giving extra focus on after-sales services and becoming very careful in identifying the problems and solving them at the earliest.
- Strong focus on increasing the client base and also retaining the clients.
Skills Preferred :
- Keen interest in performing arts education and innovation.
- Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind.
- An inherent ability to position, market and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.
- Proven success in your institute sales and Positive attitude to dealing with institute people
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal'
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.

Desired Skills and Experience - Institutional Sales, Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales/Institutional sales, preferably in the Education, EdTech sectors.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any business discipline.
- Fast learner who will quickly become an expert in our educational services, products courses.
- A strong command in Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Understand the landscape of Education & Performing Arts Industry and currents needs of teachers and school leaders.
- Comprehensive experience in using CRM systems.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
