- Identifying and maintaining a list of prospective customers in line with short- & long-term sales targets
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- To counsel and mentor students
- Manage sales pipeline

- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. ) of prospective client information
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration, collaborating with sales team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Preferably a Proven B2C sales track record of exceeding targets, >1 year of Sales experience in any industry.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future
- Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint.
- BBA, Btech, MBA, Bcom are also eligible to apply.
