Manager - Business Development - Education (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development professionals that eat numbers for breakfast and have sales running through their veins!
- These are key areas of responsibility for the candidate.
- Lead generation
- Identify and onboard campus ambassadors in colleges.
- Conduct various seminars, kiosks, scholarship tests in colleges
- Coordinate with central digital marketing team for city specific campaigns
- Run campaigns in various IT parks / companies to attract prospects
- Plan and execute other possibilities of lead generation.
- Demonstrate CrackVerbal products at Kiosks
- Work on a offline marketing budget every month to focus on lead generation.
Required skill-sets :
The candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills along with ownership and the ability to make decisions and handle escalations.
- Worked in a business development role in the education industry, engaging with colleges.
- Experience in managing B2C sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently
KPIs:
- No. of Events conducted
- Lead Generation
- Ensuring closure of Leads
- Additional requirements:
- Must have own transport, as travel within city will be extensive
