Manager - Business Development - Education (2-4 yrs)
KRA-Key Responsibility Area :
- Acquire and enrol all toppers of ICSE, CBSE and State Board schools for ANTHE Exam
- To approach all toppers of NSEJS, NTSE, board toppers, and different Olympiads and make sure students take admission.
- Counseling Students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.
- To approach and onboard the students from our competition discreetly.
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis & building brand & experience.
- Clarifying doubts of students and parents.
Experience, Skills & Key Responsibilities :
- Relevant experience in Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
- Should have experience in Educational/Insurance/Pharma/Training.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is must )
Qualification : Bachelor's degree with experience of 2 - 4 Years.
Key Requirements :
1) Candidates only from the education industry having prior experience in dealing with schools.
2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Should have B2B experience prior.
4) He should be ready to travel entire ROM ( Rest of Maharashtra )
