Manager - Business Development - Education (2-4 yrs)

- Proven track record in sales.

Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Business Management is essential
- Master's degree is an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Business Head in formulating the strategic and operational plans in the delegated areas of work.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target given by the company & formulate the plans to achieve those targets monthly, quarterly & yearly.
- Explore, identify and propose the various solutions from the company to the clients in the assigned territory.
- Prepare the database in the assigned territory
- Contact the educational Institutions, corporates from database, get the appointments & meet the clients.
- Estimate the customers need and goals
- Conduct the demos of various solutions from the company to the clients in the assigned territory
- Develop and negotiate with the clients based on company strategies.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements.
- Coordinate with the other departments to make sure that the commitment made to the clients has met.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in trade shows; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Establish & maintain a good relationship with the other departments in the organization through exchanging the ideas, co-operation & extending the support to create a value addition to the customers.
