Job Summary :

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our training programs to meet the evolving needs of the market.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for growth.

Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring new clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our training programs.

Collaboration : Work closely with the training team to align program offerings with market demands and client needs.

Proposal Development : Create customized proposals and contracts for potential clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing data to adjust strategies as necessary.

Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our training center and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or training sector.

- Strong understanding of training programs and their market value.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
