Manager - Business Development - Education (1-3 yrs)
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation and deal closure in the given territory. This includes :
- Responsible for sales in 10 or more districts or a part of a Metro region
- Build a database of schools in the assigned territory through visits
- Visit schools 4-5 every day to make presentations to decision-makers
- Follow through on key prospects to secure product buy-in
- Work closely with the Manager for securing commercial negotiations
- Follow established sales processes, CRM systems and policies
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduates with 3 years of experience in Business Development. Should have executive presence, should be capable of holding discussions with CXO/Director at Educational Institutes.
- Strong presentation skills in English, Hindi and Telegu .
- Track record of deal closure and revenue generation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and should have understanding entire sales lifecycle.
- Resilient, good under pressure and manage stressful environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
