Requirement :
- As a Sales Manager, you'll manage a team of Career Guides (CGs), who are responsible for revenue generation. You'll provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth. You'll conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance. You'll hold your team members accountable for weekly/ monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements :
- Extreme focus on input metrics and targets
- Ability to read and understand sales metrics with respect to inputs, performance and other data points and adept in reporting to senior management
- Ensuring conversion % of leads (prospects) given to you at an overall level and product level
- Ability to train team members and be highly customer focused
- MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE or any graduation from recognized institutes.
- 2 to 5+ years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience (Ed-tech preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in managing a team of 10-15 salespeople
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets functions and formulas
