Job Description Admission Officers (BDM and Counsellor)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling all the enquiries (Walk-ins as well as Talk-ins).
- Able to do data calling. Identify leads by cold calling / data base calling. Generate leads. B2C sales.
- Converting prospects into Admissions.
- Relationship with schools and correlation to our business goals and positive achievement of the same by the promotion of our schemes/courses/tests and tracking feedback of schools, principals, etc.
- Establish relationship with schools and educational institutions.
- Liaisoning with various stake holders related to Education Industry and on-boarding them as Educational Consultant for the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Female / Male Graduate/M.B.A.
- Experience desired in education industry (NEET/IIT Institutes).
- Good working knowledge of the Internet & MS-Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ready to learn and initiate. Result oriented.
- Self-motivation to work under pressure. Should follow Ethical work practices.
- Should be aware of all the trends of entrance exams (Medical, Engg. NDA, NTSE, KVPY, Olympiad Etc.
