Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with schools interested in setting up a Robotics Lab. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings
- Pitch the Robotics Lab product to schools and explain its benefits to decision-makers
- Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers
- Provide demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested schools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
- Follow up with schools to ensure that they have all the information they need to make a decision
- Negotiate and close deals with schools to set up Robotics Lab
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a BDM, preferably in a school or education-related setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer information
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to measure performance
