Manager - Business Development - EdTech (8-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and highly self-motivated individual to join our sales & marketing team.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in acquiring and managing Ed tech channel partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with an attitude to think out of the box and can identify, engage, and establish partnerships with Ed-tech companies and will drive our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ed- Tech Channel Partner Acquisition : Identify, engage, and onboard new Ed- Tech channel partners to expand our reach and market presence.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong rapport with long-lasting professional mutually beneficial relationships with Ed- Tech channel partners.
- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners in Ed tech channel and new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Training & Development : Provide training and support to Ed- Tech channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly monitor and report on the performance of Ed- Tech - channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals. Also, ensure periodic reporting to respective line manager (daily, weekly & monthly) for self-activity tracking, monitoring and analysing of individual performance.
- Travel : Willingness to travel frequently to meet with potential and existing Ed- Tech channel partners.
Qualifications :
- Education : Must have completed any Bachelor's degree. MBA or any Master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, with a strong background in Ed- Tech channel partner acquisition.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
