Manager - Business Development - Edtech (2-3 yrs)
Job Title : Business Development Manager
Required Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in education-related services
- Familiarity with study abroad markets (UK, USA)
Skills :
- Proficiency in B2B sales and account management
- Knowledge of study abroad destinations, countries, and universities
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Concept selling skills and understanding of business and customer issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners (B2B).
- Manage the entire student enrollment process from lead generation to admission.
- Handle leads generated from B2B partners, ensuring accurate documentation and admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide feedback to partners.
- Utilize leads efficiently with low Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and increased connectivity.
- Collaborate across departments for effective closure of partnerships
Key Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years in business development or similar roles.
- Skills : Strong verbal communication, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, concept selling skills, understanding of business and customer issues.
