Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Ed-Tech Background Preferred)
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in the Ed-Tech industry to join our sales team with excellent communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with educational institutions, and selling our products/services to corporate clients. A proven track record in B2B sales, especially in the Ed-Tech sector, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the education sector, including schools, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Present and demonstrate the company's Ed-Tech products/services to key decision-makers in educational institutions and businesses.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and corporate partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to effectively position the company's offerings.
Manage the sales pipeline, provide regular reports on progress, and forecast future sales opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of educational technology, digital learning tools, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
