Manager - Business Development - EdTech (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, understand their educational and career goals, and recommend suitable courses.

2. Sell edutech courses related to international studies and IT for graduates, postgraduates, and working professionals.

3. Provide information about course details, schedules, fees, and benefits to potential customers.

4. Maintain and update CRM systems and Excel sheets to track leads, sales, and follow-up actions.

5. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to convert them into enrolled students.

6. Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer service.

7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Keep up-to-date with the latest course offerings and promotional activities.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales or telecalling (preferably in edutech or related fields).

2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
