Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (4-10 yrs)

Timings - 1-10 PM

Note: Experience handling US clients, doing US sales is mandatory.

- Our client is Headquartered in California and Y Combinator backed, Our client is a shopify-like platform for creators & knowledge professionals (coaches, instructors, experts, etc.) to launch, manage and grow their business online. Founded by IIT/ IIM/ BITS/ Yale/ BCG Alumni and 3X Entrepreneurs, we are well funded and backed by top Indian VC firms along with start-up veterans like Kunal Shah (CRED) and founding team members at OYO.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for business development and achieving set targets

- Developing and executing plans to acquire new customers

- Lead the newly formed USA team; spearhead client GTM strategy in the US Onboarding customers

- Managing End to End Sales Cycle, Lead Generation to Account Management

- Garnering insights from customers to help shape the product

- Market research to identify competitor offerings and new reach out channels

Requirements :

Required Skills :

- Experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage

- Prior leadership experience in sales; experience in SaaS sales will be a plus

- Experience in handling US clients will be a big plus

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships

- Fluent communication

- Passion for Sales

- Good at problem solving
