Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)
About the Role :
Business Development Manager would e responsible for driving the supply acquisition targets through the BD team through new seller acquisition as well as listing more products through the existing suppliers.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Chart out the supply acquisition targets by identifying gaps in the gaps in exiting assprtment or as per the upcoming trends in the market.
- Set up targets of the team for new supplier acquisition and guide the team to achieve them.
- Take aggressive targets on new product acquisition from existing suppliers and achieve them through a highly driven team.
- Recruit the best performers on the team and give regular feedbacks to team members
- Interact with suppliers about the market trends and negotiate best prices for the products on the platform.

- Street-smart individual who can convince sellers for giving the best prices and assortment.
- Team player who thinks about the customer first.
Minimum Requirements :
- 2-3 years experience managing and onboarding suppliers for an ecommerce platform.
- Experience in Fashion industry would be preferred.
- Experience managing a team of FOS executives to drive supplier acquisition.
