Manager - Business Development - eCommerce (1-8 yrs)
- Develop new clients and maintain relation with existing clients.
- Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and improvements in existing product portfolio by liaising with internal and external stakeholder
- Business Analysis: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
- Managing the relationship with external stakeholders by championing the stakeholder's needs from the brand.
- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the stakeholder's organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with on-ground team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, operations, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in excel is a must have
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with working of an e-commerce platform like Amazon, Flipkart
