- Our Client has been functioning strongly in the ecommerce platform and drop-ship the products individuals to turn into entrepreneurs, and their journey endures. They do the individual's listing in the e-shop account as per the individual's budget. Our Client acquires more than Ten Lakh products that are identified to your e-shop as per the needs.
- Our Client's Director has been uniquely handling the firm from the last six years. He has maintained a positive attitude and a valuable relationship with the seller associated with the team and us. Products are packed leadership of Market Seller Experts, and few are derived from third-party distributors.
- Our Client is a rapidly expanding organization and acquired Warehouses in India's extensive cities like Mumbai, Noida, Chandigarh, and Gurugram, Delhi. Our Client now has a strategy to broaden our business in other regions such as Aurangabad, Gaya, Varanasi, Vadodara, Kollam, Trivandrum, Lucknow, Chennai etc.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Sales (B2C) within Ecommerce industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
