Manager - Business Development - Domestic Staffing/Recruitment Firm (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- A highly energetic self-starter and strong ability to work independently.
- Identifying and On boarding potential clients.
- Should be a smart communicator and is able to generate new business and manage existing client
- The role will be responsible for driving sales through solution selling and shall carry a Revenue target.
- Regular liaising with director level people to develop and promote Org spire brand name
- This Individual has to work closely with clients, conceptualise and design various solution offerings to win clients.
- The position involves heavy engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
- The role requires interaction with key decision-makers i.e. CXO and CHRO, hence previous experience with a similar domain is preferred.
- A passionate go-getter who has the ability to develop and foster relationships.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
- Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to the client
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible for generating lead into Domestic/RPO Temporary Staffing Industry.
- Direct interaction with the key procurement team
- Marketing Intelligence
- Making cold calls
- Lead generation
- Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.
- Developing Strong client pipeline
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required

Salary : 400,000.00 to - 700,000.00 /year
