Manager - Business Development - Domestic Staffing (1-5 yrs)
What you'll do o:
As a Manager - Business Development (Domestic Staffing), you'll need to:
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Fixing Meeting & Giving Presentation to prospects.
- Taking follow up on regular intervals.
- Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing solutions.
- Make every possible effort to convert prospects in to a potential client.
- Requirements Gathering and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity.
- Account Mapping Target oriented Knowledge of Job Portals Good communication skills
- Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
What we- re looking for :
- Min 1+ yrs of hands on Business Development Must have good exp in IT Staffing with Domestic market.
- Should have good connection in the market Should be working as an Individual contributor
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
- Hands-on experience with Domestic Recruitment and Team building.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Orient the candidates, any Graduate with good understanding of IT.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
