Job Description :
- Identify client needs and suggest suitable insurance products of different Insurers.
- Give Joint call support to all RMs along with Direct Sales exposure
- Gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete documentation.
- Accountable for Business Targets individually (direct and POS) and in sync with the mapped branches Insurance Target.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Impart Product training to sales team in the branches mapped to him.
- Take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process.
- Responsible for Compliance as per IRDA Act.
