Manager - Business Development - Digital Solutions (2-10 yrs)
- CultNerds IT Solutions is a digital transformation company based out of Hyderabad and is looking to expand its presence in the Mumbai region. Our team is growing alongside our client base.
- We are a cult of growth hackers and tech-nerds who are passionate about helping businesses transform digitally right from technology to digital marketing.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of vital skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Pitch and close deals in both IT Services & Digital Marketing Services.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline.
- Manage Media buying with publishers on Online & offline advertising.
- Research competitor agencies and individuals to find new business opportunities.
- Responsible for P&L of the sales.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with new clients and follow up on payments.
- Analyse the market and establish a competitive advantage of CultNerds.
- Track metrics to ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are hit.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success (Preferably marketing agency background).
- Strong communication skills and Digital Marketing knowledge.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with the team on task completion.
- Excellent organizational skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
