Manager - Business Development/Digital Sales - Influencer Marketing Platform (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Consistently meet or exceed business development goals, demonstrating focused efforts.
- Develop and execute pre sales / sales strategy.
- Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations.
- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with brands and their agencies.
- Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc. Offering a price and negotiating around it
- Closing the deal and tracking the details
- Persuading clients to buy advertising space or time
- Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures
Skills Required:
- Experience: At least 3 years in Digital Sales.
- Language: Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Social-First: You possess a solid understanding and passion for new media, social networking and the latest community tools and techniques.
- Soft-skills: You have strong relationship skills, are able to influence outcomes, and work well independently and across complex cross functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment.
