Manager - Business Development - Digital Marketing Services (5-6 yrs)
Some Basic KRA'S:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services.
- Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation, client engagement, and brand building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to target decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and client activity.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to close deals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on business goals and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SMO, and online advertising, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
