The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
- Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Driving performance marketing via.
- Working on app store optimisation.
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 4 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing/Brand Manager or Digital Marketing within Healthcare & Lifesciences, Media & Entertainment and Retail industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, social media, and app development processes.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing and app development.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and client dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
