Manager - Business Development - Design Agency (3-6 yrs)
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Budget: upto 19 LPA
DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a Business Development And Account Manager to manage clients and look after strategic planning of design projects. The business development and account manager will play a key role in assisting Centdegrs for new business in the Indian market.
Responsibilities are but not limited :
1. Business Development :
- Business development for India, closely work with the Regional Director and support the agency for new projects and opportunities to meet business objectives.
- Help devise and execute a successful business development strategy.
- Identify opportunities for clients in the space of brand strategy, brand creation, identity creation, product & packaging design, retail design etc.
- Formulate proposals as per client requirements. With clients, answer basic technical queries and convince clients with our offerings and expertise for their project needs
- Must ensure the relevance of his/her contacts, ensure follow-up and relationships after the first meeting, transform contacts into customers, ensure customer loyalty, expand the customer portfolio etc. for Centdegrs.
- De-construct competitive best practices the industry to create benchmark.
- Work with the Regional Director to plan events, conferences to build the agency visibility in the market.
2. Client management:
- Portfolio client management including but not limited: you will be the key link between client and creative teams worldwide for a few projects.
- Ensure timely planning and execution of the projects as per client satisfaction, preparation of methodology, contracts and project timelines.
- Ensure with the creative team, the planning and creative execution of projects, presentation of agency, pitches and business cases to clients.
- Preparation and presentation of projects with the creative teams including introduction/ concept creation / strategy for all steps till project finalization.
3. Communication:
- Will support creation and implementation of all communication strategies for the agency.
- Will support the manager with participating and organizing all exhibition and events.
4. Requirements:
- You have your degree preferably in marketing with minimum of 3-6 years of Experience in a design agency with a proven track record of selling design and brand strategy services to beauty/skincare/ fashion and FMCG brands.
- Well versed with the Indian market: industry trends, consumer behaviour, influencer landscape etc. You also understand local and regional sensibilities.
- Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships.
- Knowledge of basic principles of brand creation, storytelling, concept, brand identity and packaging design.
- You are goal-focused, entrepreneurial and creative, you can think "outside the box" and tackle problems competently.
"Customer obsession" does not scare you, and service mentality is no stranger to you. - Effective communication skills, good multitasking abilities, teamwork skills as well as decision-making are essential for you.
