Job Description :
1. Communicating with a potential customer to discuss their business and requirements.
2. Preparing documentation and proposals being in sync with technical team.
3. Generating new opportunities from a failed leads by o- ering. Personalized suggestions and segmenting for future communication.
4. Be in sync with inbound marketing to feed user behavior and customer insights.
5. Crafting sales strategy and leading the execution.
6. Handling the technical support team, customer communication.
7. Product update & new feature suggestions
8. Customer engagement
9. Feedback and reviews
10. Building Case studies
11. Personalized tips to help customer improving their business
12. Personalized suggestion to solve customer problem and get more business
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Salary : 30K to 50K (Depend on interview and knowledge)
Job Location :
iSparrow Solutions, CG Road, Ahmedabad
Job Timing : 10AM to 7PM
Week Days : Monday to Friday
