The Job
Job responsibilities include :
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing client accounts
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Conducting sales presentations & product demo
- Calling to establish new opportunities
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
- No field work will be required as all communication will take place over phone or emails.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- B2B SAAS sales and lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills to close contracts
- 3-10 years Experience in ITES B2B Sales in the Retail consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of growing business
- Strong time management skills
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Prior experience B2B sales with ability to conduct VC demonstrations.
- Knowledge or experience of Middle East market will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to CRM to manage pipeline & interactions
Education :
Bachelors Degree in any discipline, MBA a plus., graduation from technical degree will be an added advantage
