Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with strong CRM expertise to manage and drive business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants, while also optimizing and leveraging CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency. This hybrid role will play a pivotal part in both sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to drive business growth.

- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and clients.

- Coordinate interviews and placement of consultants on various IT positions.

- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, and services.

- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and other channels.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow the business.

- Track the sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and update CRM systems regularly.

- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and consultant data.

- Monitor the effectiveness of CRM software and integrate new functionalities to optimize processes.

- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to assist with sales strategy and decision making.

- Train and support the team in the effective use of CRM tools and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, and CRM management.

- Experience in IT staffing or recruiting industry, particularly in the US/UK market.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and tools.

- Understanding of IT technologies and market trends is a plus.
