1. New client acquisition (corporate, Institutions, Co Leaving and Co working space, Manufacturing sector etc).
2. Negotiate and close agreements with corporate customers.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads.
5. Achieving sales targets by account mining.
6. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Establish long-term relationships with clients.
7. Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance.
8. Follow up for payments & ensuring timely collections.
