Manager - Business Development - Cosmetics/Beauty Products (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Currently should be on Area Manager level.
2. Should be willing to travel across region responsible.
3. Should have product sales to salon experience.
4. Should be from the beauty industry with 3-4 years experience into professional Skin Care
5. Should be willing to reach out to the salons across the location.
6. Lead/Participate in meetings with product management, product sales specialists (PSS), and the sales force.
7. Identifies and pursues new business and growth opportunities.
8. Attend product courses as and when required.
9. To ensure full implementation of the sales management process 6 part sales presentation format
10. Supports the development of market trend/dynamics analyses and how they impact intake performance.
11. Support field sales team to sell the HCS equipment and business solutions to customers within Area.
12. Evaluation of inquiries
13. Develop and approve special order pricing
