Position Title : Area Sales Manager / BDM
Reporting to : General Manager
Role Scope : The role is a senior leadership role in the Orans international pvt ltd / kosca Group distributor partner organization. The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales targets for the distributor organization and building sales organization capability. It reports to the general manager and depending on the organization and business size, appropriate number of sales executives might report to this role.
Major Responsibilities
- Owns the sales targets for the business
- Owns the relationship with salon customers
- Executing new initiatives and launches
- Resolution of escalated issues and handling objections of customers not resolved by team
- Managing the team of sales executives
- Coach and guide sales executives to build long term capability
- Owns the people systems for sales executives recruitment, salary planning, rewards, training, attrition management, etc.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Multi-function and collaborative approach
- People management experience (minimum 2-3 years)
- Technical skills base sales fundamentals, business fundamentals
- Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an sales manager in a B2B or FMCG business, preferably salon and beauty industry.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum bachelors degree from any recognized University in India. MBA degree preferred.
