Manager - Business Development/Corporate Sales - HRIS Domain (6-8 yrs)
A Product based organization is looking for Business Development manager from HRIS domain
An ambitious and energetic B2B Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. A face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Manage complete sales cycle.
- Identify new markets and customer needs, and new Leads and sales pipeline.
- Create a Value proposition for the Prospects.
- Gather the input from the client and share the inputs with the product team.
- Engaging clients and maintaining relationship with them by being primary point of contact.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
Experince - 6+ yrs with SaaS/Enterprise IT Products sales to Businesses (B2B)
- Graduate + Post Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing
- Experience in creating Digital Marketing Strategy
- Excellent Communication, organizational, written skills
- Ability to work in a team.
