Manager - Business Development/Corporate Sales (5-8 yrs)

Objective : For enhancement of General and Customs Bond Warehouse business, involves developing new clients and maintaining relationships with the company's existing customer base for consistent growth. Focus on Payment Recoveries. To setup Company Foot print Pan India in terms to Warehousing Business.
Main responsibilities :
- To Participate in Setting Up Business Targets (up to Rs. 10 CR Annually Fresh Warehousing Business), align self, to the Company's Business Plan and strive to achieve Business Targets.
- Primary Roles is to design the Growth Plan to increase Warehouse Business and leverage focus on Primary &Secondary Transportation (FTL <L);
- Ancillary Business (V.A.S - Clearance, Packing, Labelling, Etc.) avenues associated with Warehouse and Logistics Business.
- Suspecting & Prospecting Potential Inquiry/Clients.
- Presentation about Company &it's Product/Services Effectively.
- Assist the Promoters in Various Activities of Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
- Sales Team Building - Local & Regional
- Project, Execute & Monitor 3PL & Logistics Business in West Zone of the Country.
- Working to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service, Bidding & Tendering.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Payment Recoveries with in deadlines.
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.
- Develop SOP's for strategic accounts in association with Site Manager, Operations Manager and associates internal colleagues where applicable, to detail all processes, rate structure, capturing teams KRA &KPI's.
Knowledge : Excellent computer knowledge with Advance Excel (Charts & Graphs), Word, Excellent Power Point Presentation, Knowledge of WMS (not mandatory though).
