Manager - Business Development/Corporate Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Regional BD Manager: will be responsible for corporate sales that align with company' mission.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Corporate Alliances & Sales:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients across industries.
- Design and propose customized adventure programs that meet the needs of corporate teams, such as leadership retreats, team-building exercises, and wellness programs.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that enhance brand presence in the corporate market.
2. Corporate Market Research:
- Analyze corporate trends and identify potential opportunities to introduce or expand adventure programs tailored for businesses.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights into market demands for corporate learning and development initiatives.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the national marketing team to ensure alignment of corporate strategies with overall brand goals.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure delivery of top-quality experiences to corporate clients.
- Partner with sales teams to drive conversions from corporate leads generated through events and campaigns.
4. Budget Management & Reporting:
- Manage marketing and event budgets for corporate-focused activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on the success of corporate alliances and events, measuring ROI and providing regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications Skills & Budget :
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, marketing, or event management, with a strong focus on B2B relationships.
Skills:
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities with corporate clients.
- Proven experience in executing corporate events or employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience in the adventure, sports, or experiential learning industry, or exposure to HR/Corporate Learning & Development is a plus.
